Are you visiting for a long time? Our maids are at your service, they will carry out wet cleaning of the room, replace bathrooms and bedding, the service is provided for a fee.
Accommodation with pets
Rules for staying with animals in Apartments Art
1. When booking an apartment in Art Apartments, it is necessary to coordinate the possibility
of living in an apartment with an animal. The administration of the Art Apartments reserves the right
to determine whether it is possible for a pet to stay in the apartment;
2. Apartments are allowed only with dogs of small and medium breeds, no
more than 30 cm tall at the withers and weighing no more than 10 kg.
3. Upon checking into the apartment, the guest must make a refundable deposit of 15,000 rubles for
the accommodation of the animal and sign the rules of accommodation.
4. The cost of living with pets is 1500 rubles per day. Paid at the time of arrival.
